2. Products & Orders
2.1 As crystals, gemstones and malas are natural products, variations in size, shape and colour may occur.
2.2 Order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
2.3 Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Custom-made or energised products, and consultation bookings, are non-cancellable and non-refundable once preparation or the session has begun.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 All orders are prepaid — we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and other online payment methods. Cash on Delivery is not available.
3.3 In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with prior notification.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We ship across India and worldwide.
4.2 Delivery is free on all prepaid orders across India. Timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
5.2 Personalised, energised or custom-made products are non-returnable, except for verified damage or manufacturing defects.
6. Consultations & Spiritual Services
6.1 Astrology, Vastu, numerology, Reiki and other consultations are provided for spiritual and personal guidance only.
6.2 Sessions are booked in advance subject to Pooja Ma’am’s availability; rescheduling requests should be raised at least 24 hours ahead.
7. Use of Website
7.1 You agree not to use our website for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activities.
7.2 All content, including images, logos and text, is the exclusive property of Innerhealingswithpooja and cannot be used without permission.
7.3 We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites linked from ours.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8.2 Crystals, gemstone products and spiritual consultations are not substitutes for professional medical or psychological treatment.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
