1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India and worldwide through trusted courier partners. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
2.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Custom-made or energised crystal orders may take additional time.
2.2 Delivery Time: Standard shipping within India takes 3–7 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier issues or regional delays.

3. Shipping Charges
Free delivery on all prepaid orders across India — no minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Payment — Prepaid Only
All orders are prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
6.1 We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, strikes or regional disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us at innerhealingswithpooja@gmail.com.
6.2 If your order is marked delivered but not received, report it within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the courier but do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
